In this workshop, you will learn the core principles of financial coaching, a powerful approach to help your clients achieve their financial goals and improve their well-being. You will explore the eight elements of financial coaching, the financial continuum, and the different coaching approaches. You will also practice your coaching skills, such as empowering language, powerful questioning, and listening for client resources. By the end of the workshop, you will be able to define your role as a financial coach and use outcome-based coaching strategies to support your clients. 

Space is limited! All are welcome, priority is given for people who will be attending the 2024 Bank On Washington Forum or organizations that are participating in the Community Reinvestment Project.
