What Happens on the Call? Inside Washington’s Homeownership Support System

Did you know? Washington has free, statewide homeownership counseling support available to people who live here. 

Join leaders from the Washington Homeownership Resource Center and Parkview Services for an inside look at how Washington’s homeownership support system works, from the first hotline call to individualized HUD-certified homeownership counseling.  

Housing counselors are ready to come alongside existing programs and services to support people’s homeownership journey; whether folks are saving for their first home or staying in their generational home. If homeownership is part of the plan, housing counselors are ready to join the team! 

Participants will leave with practical tools and referral pathways to connect clients to trusted, underutilized resources that support both attaining and sustaining homeownership.
