What Happens on the Call? Inside Washington’s Homeownership & Foreclosure Support System

Did you know? Washington has free, statewide homeownership and foreclosure support available to people who live here. 

Join leaders from the Washington Homeownership Resource Center and Parkview Services for an inside look at how Washington’s homeownership support system works, from the first hotline call to individualized HUD-certified homeownership counseling.  

We’ll explore how the Foreclosure Fairness Program provides no-cost counseling and legal aid, and what really happens behind the scenes when someone seeks help. Participants will leave with practical tools and referral pathways to connect clients to trusted, underutilized resources that support both attaining and sustaining homeownership.
